Apothic.Red 2012

Apothic.Red is out discovery of 2014, the complexity of palate (you taste a full range of various black fruit and some hints of forest fruit) together with its roundness and smoothness make this heavy red unique and very pleasant to drink on its own. Highly recommended.

Apotheca is a mysterious place where wine was blended and stored in the 13th century Europe. Apothic Red is a mysterious wine as well - how can they manage to create a balanced and flavoursome red, with so much smoothness and roundness and almost a powerhouse red character, but so pleasant you want to savour its every drop on its own? Try it with juicy game, grill some duck breasts, serve them medium to medium rare and enjoy this wine!
